Zomato is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

– **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

– **Feedback Loops:** Implement and manage feedback loops with clients to continuously improve products and services based on their needs and suggestions.

– **Training and Support:** Assist in onboarding new clients, providing training and support to ensure they are effectively utilizing our platform and services.

– **Market Research:** Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for Zomato to enhance client services and overall satisfaction.

### **Requirements:**

– **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years in client relations, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage or technology sector.

– **Education:** BachelorÂ’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

– **Personality Traits:**

– **Language Proficiency:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
