Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist clients with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Educate clients on the bank’s products and services to help them make informed financial decisions.
- Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Support clients in navigating online banking platforms and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with the team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction rates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
