Role Description
Join our team as a full-time Remote Client Service Representative specializing in Warm Lead Sales – Insurance. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, using effective communication and sales skills to understand their needs, and presenting suitable insurance options. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring families’ financial security by providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with clients.
Assess client needs and provide expert advice on insurance solutions.
Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Complete administrative tasks such as note-taking and appointment setting.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven sales experience, including training and management.
