Operating as a vital member of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Warehouse, Equipment Service and Fleet departments of the Sales Center. The position entails making critical personnel decisions concerning hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of employees based on Company policies. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager manages inventory and provides statistical analysis for continuous improvement.

The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are to perform necessary tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor
• The management team requires a consistent flow of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to stay informed.
• Regularly rotate items on the shelves and prioritize those with a shorter shelf life or expiration date.
• Assess statistical information and reports for the purpose of detecting opportunities for perpetual refinement.
• Work collaboratively with department leaders to develop and implement cost-saving measures, identifying areas of inefficiency and reducing wastage where possible.
• Direct the product rotation process within the facility to maintain a constant flow.
• The configuration of the warehouse is aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
• Manages the transportation of goods through incoming and outgoing trucking activities.
