Position Overview:
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
? Production Development: both for Global and for Regional & Local Brands – in alignment with Global and OU Creative Strategy.
? Producing Content, for global or regional IMX campaigns as well as local brands. He/she will have higher focus on developing the content .
? Being responsible for timelines and budgets for production, across multiple touchpoints, and channels
? Introducing the most recent and relevant processes and techniques to broaden and strengthen the impact of the approved ideas.
? Driving the thinking for modular production, to dramatically increase re-use of content and to enable efficient localization
Experience:
? Significant experience (3-5 years) in production
? Experience working production company or ad agencies are preferred.
? Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
? Ability to work with agencies and production companies around the world to produce ideas
? Ability to lead multiple productions for campaigns / projects across categories and multiple touch points
? Good understanding of the evolved content landscape, new forms of content with a specific focus on modular content production
? Expertise in working with various external partners (i.e.: agencies, production houses, talent scouters)
? Design thinking capability
? Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams
Portuguese or Spanish Required; English required;
