Global Compensation Consultant

Job Summary: This individual contributor position supports and manages the administration of compensation programs, globally.  They will participate in the data validation process during the rewards cycle and support managers with base pay recommendations and offer letters for promotions, demotions and lateral moves.  This position will also support the Total Rewards team and Operating Units with tasks such as peer equity analysis, data analytics and other compensation-related projects.

Key Responsibilities can include:
• Generate base pay recommendations for associates globally including international assignees.
• Create compensation recommendations and offer letters.
• Support the base pay recommendation process
• Manage compensation data validation/audits – Review data regularly, conduct research and coordinate with the data administration teams regarding compensation data issues to ensure resolution
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders to address compensation-related inquiries.
• Ensure guidelines are followed & necessary approvals are obtained for compensation exceptions
• Assist in managing the Deferred Cash approval process
• Support as needed with Compensation data analysis and projects including performing quality assurance, process documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Support the annual salary review process, including data collection, analysis, and distribution of information.
• Assist in the administration of incentive programs, including Annual Incentive and Long-Term Incentive plans.
• Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS and other relevant systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global compensation regulations and best practices.
• Provide support in the preparation of compensation-related communications and training materials.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and practices.

Skills:

Pay Range:
$89,400 – $102,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
