Job Summary: As a Consultant, Global Total Rewards Administration, you will be responsible for supporting the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of global total rewards processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of compensation, share plans, benefits, and recognition programs across the Total Rewards (TR) organization. The consultant will collaborate with HR teams, payroll, finance, external vendors, and across peers to ensure delivery of TR programs are accurate, timely, compliant with regulatory requirements, and meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities can include:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of total rewards programs including base salary, variable compensation, benefits, share plan delivery and recognition.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within HR systems and other relevant platforms.
• Has accountability for ongoing activities, may lead processes or project steps within a broader project
• Conduct reporting and data analysis to support compensation and benefits decision-making.
• Develop and generate reports on TR metrics as required by partners and customers.
• Identify trends and provide insights to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Identify and analyze process outliers and issues through comprehensive reviews of data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions within standard operating procedures, continuously enhancing our best practices.
• Interface with Payroll team to make sure compensation, benefits and time & attendance related data are smoothly processed via payroll inputs. Responsible to provide Pre-Payroll input, including but not limited to new hires, leavers, health/life insurance inputs, salary changes, etc.
• Suggest actions that can improve current total rewards processes, follow legislation changes in assigned countries, share insights, and take part in projects and activities related to Operation Excellence.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate and timely information.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of total rewards programs.
• Implement best practices and streamline workflows to optimize total rewards operations.
• Provide guidance and support to HR teams and employees regarding total rewards programs and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for total rewards processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of benefits and other total rewards services.
• Oversee vendor delivery (as assigned) and monitor performance against agreed-upon service levels. Escalate to senior leadership if delivery failures are not being properly addressed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated organization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Knowledge of Retirement principles and practices.

Skills:

Pay Range:
$89,400 – $102,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
