Contact Center Associate
Location: Remote, Florida only
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Training- 4 weeks: Monday to friday 8am – 5pm
Schedule: M-Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST / 5 day work week
Saturday rotation: (9) hour days so they can work (4) hours on the Saturday
Must be flexible to work Saturday shifts about once a month
Department hours:
M-F 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
SAT 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
SUN Closed
Type: Contract to Hire, 6 month contract period
Job duties:
• Assist with approximately 60-80 inbound calls daily
• Place outbound follow-up calls
• Calls are unique and will be handling a variety of requests and inquiries via phone, email, chat.
• Provide support with general inquiries, payments, dispute, fraud, online account management, mobile app, account maintenance and other general questions. via phone, email, chat, and fax.
• Identify, research, and resolve cardholder or agent bank issues using available resources and systems.
• Participate in contact center fraud prevention and awareness.
Requirements:
• Must have stable recent employment history
• Must have experience with high volume call center, meeting KPIs
• Must be able to juggle 13-14 software systems daily including less user-friendly systems like AS400
• Must have ethernet connectivity (no WiFi) in a private, designated workspace
• No previous commitments first (90) days
• Must be open to overnight travel events 2x yearly
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
