Our client, an innovative technology research company, is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to provide support to one of thier buseist HR executives! The ideal candidate is a dedicated administrative support professional who can learn quickly. An eye for details is a must!
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 2+ years of human resources experience or administrative support experience
• An expert eye for details with a natural ability to stay organized
• Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in an HRIS system, WorkDay experience is a plus!
Day to Day
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner in the areas of recruitment, payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance and employee relations
• Assit with special HR projects as needed by identifying gaps in workflow and creating organized procedures
• Maintain organization by ensuring employee records are accurate, HR paperwork is organized and compliance documentation is filed
• Attend all HR related meetings and provide updates as needed
• Schdule associaetd meetings, events and conferences
This contract position is paying up to $30.00/hour depending on experience and is slated to last at least 6 months. This position will report into the organization’s Conshochoken office on a hybrid basis.
