Apex is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join a Healthcare company in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Responsibilities

tAnswer a variety of incoming calls from members regarding their healthcare questions and other inquiries the member may have
tBuild rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous and professional manner
tVerify/Collect demographics and update systems as necessary
tDetermine and execute the best resolution to assist the member based on their needs or requests
tConnect members to appropriate area(s) both internally and externally
tManage tasks with timely follow-up per policies, which involve interaction with members, providers, insurance carriers and other vendors
tPerform other duties and projects as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
tHigh School Degree or GED required

ttAssociates degree with major course work in business administration, liberal arts, public health, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
t
t
tCustomer Service experience preferred
tStrong Communication skills
tProblem solving/issue resolution
tMultitasking skills
