What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Serve as the first line of contact for customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
– Provide assistance with bank operations, transaction processing, and electronic services
– Communicate through various channels including email and secured messaging
– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
– Follow all bank policies, laws, and regulations while performing basic teller transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma or Equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or teller roles
– Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage System Registry (NMLS) and annual renewal
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficiency in Windows-based and Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 3+ years of experience in customer service, contact center, or teller roles
– Associate Degree or higher education
– Previous banking experience
– Demonstrated ability to learn and use new technology effectively
– Strong organizational and prioritization skills
