Atrox Teleta is a direct sales firm specializing in customer acquisition and face-to-face sales. We are proud to partner with Frontier Communications to promote and sell their wireless service plans. As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on enrollment, sales, and client representation. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, guiding them through the enrollment process, and effectively promoting FrontierÂ’s wireless services to meet and exceed sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist prospective customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers on product offerings and benefits to facilitate informed decisions.
• Actively promote and sell products and services to new and existing customers, achieving monthly sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Position Overview:
• Work Environment: This role involves both office-based training and on-site customer interactions at designated field locations. As a Customer Representative, you will engage face-to-face with potential customers to drive enrollments.
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Pay: Commission Only – Associates are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. Each Associate is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week.
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, averaging 30-40 hours per week.
• Compensation: 100% Commission-Based – Associates earn a minimum of $70 per new customer enrollment. Each associate is expected to enroll at least 10 new customers per week.
• Clients & Products: We partner with Frontier Communications, specializing in promoting and enrolling new customers into their wireless service plans.
