Responsibilities
Assist customers with booking and flight changes
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with Delta Airlines policies and procedures
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
Process payments and refunds
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Offer support during emergencies or flight disruptions

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
