Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
- Providing information about products and services
- Upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate
