What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide customer support for new service requests including voice, internet, and wireless plans
• Handle inquiries regarding billing, payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend appropriate services and products to customers
• Perform troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support for complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of calls, chats, and emails
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace that meets work-from-home standards
• Ability to comply with organizational security and performance management protocols
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to customer interactions
