This individual will play a key role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work for less than 4 hours per day and will be compensated on an hourly basis. Job Description:
As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them in finding products, resolving complaints, processing returns, and answering any questions related to our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic computer skills
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
