Requirements

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
Experience
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Experience working in a call center environment is an advantage
