Job Description
• Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

Job Requirements
• It is a hosting company so you should have at least 3 years of technical experience ex orange or WE or software/Hosting Company.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years
• English level is at least very good
• Max age is 30
• Sales experience is preferred
• Nasr city or Misr el Gdeda residents or Shoubra Misr or Fifth of settlement or Hadaya Elzaytoun preferred
• Grads only
• Males and Females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions :

Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm which is work from the office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home
• 2 Days off is fixed but it changes every month
• Hybrid
• Training one month paid
