Job Description…

Answer calls, emails and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. Handle incoming calls and outbound calls per shift. Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately. Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patientÂ’s medication as needed. Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.
