We are seeking a FULLY REMOTE Customer Service Representative for our ecommerce client located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where the selected candidate will be instrumental in building solid customer relationships and will operate within a dynamic call center environment. The role will involve working directly with customers and addressing their inquiries about our products.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Actively use Salesforce.com, MS Word, and MS Excel to manage and process customer data.

• Operate within a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and handled professionally.

• Apply Spanish language skills where necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

• Leverage previous customer service and retail experience to provide high-quality service.

• Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on company guidelines and procedures.

• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and accurately.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry

• Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for customer management

• Prior experience in a call center environment is beneficial

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or French highly desired

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service

• Familiarity with the retail clothing and accessories industry

• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required
