– Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and productive.
– Support customers in English and Spanish, providing multilingual assistance as needed.
– Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into our database.
– Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
– Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide informed customer support.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
– Strong customer service skills and experience in providing support to customers via phone or email.
– Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume calls.
– Strong analytical skills to analyze customer concerns and provide personalized solutions.
– Ability to type quickly and accurately.
– Experience with data entry and the ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer data.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
