• Responsibilities*
– Interact with customers over the phone and in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
– Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
– Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Qualifications*
– Four year degree preferred
– Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
– Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
– Familiarity with office software and computer systems
– Ability to handle cash transactions is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
