Key Responsibilities
• Engage with Customers: Provide outstanding support by responding to inquiries regarding order processing, deliveries, product information, and more through phone and email.
• Problem-Solve: Utilize your skills to forecast product needs and suggest acceptable substitutions for items not in stock, ensuring our customers always have what they need.
• Be a Product Expert: Research and recommend products based on customer preferences, helping them discover new and exciting options.
• Stay Connected: Communicate order and product changes quickly and effectively, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with our sales team to identify evolving customer needs and participate in sales meetings with manufacturers to expand your product knowledge and industry insight.
