Key Responsibilities…
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Provide detailed product/service information and help customers navigate our offerings
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update account details as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Proactively identify opportunities for improving customer experience and share feedback with the team
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Support other team members in reaching customer service targets
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, or similar tools is an advantage
