Duties:
路 Answer the phone quickly and professionally, establishing customer rapport, and encouraging repeat business
路 Evaluate customer calls/emails/texts and other inquiries and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
路 Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
路 Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
路 Record the results of each service call and maintain lead tracking and call logs.
路 Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting Wired Electrical Contractors.
路 Submit all Tesla forms
路 Track and manage any warranty issues
路 Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
路 Follow up on leads and unsold work from our technicians.
路 Solicit customer feedback
路 Schedule project inspections and communicate with Inspectors and homeowners
路 Be familiar with our company, products, and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.
路 Take and deliver messages as appropriate. Ensure messages are received and follow up is appropriate.
路 Alert managers quickly to significant customer issues.
路 Maintain customer database and schedule
Qualifications:
路 Proven track record in customer service.
路 IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
路 Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
路 Strong verbal and written communications.
路 Ability to build trust and defuse conflict.
路 Highly motivated, flexible with a great attitude
路 Must live near the Marlborough/Hudson area for occasional meetings.
