Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in e-commerce order fulfillment. As a key member of our online shopping experience, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Estimated Salary: $18.25 – $24.75 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
