What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Support achievement of key metrics to ensure an exceptional student and patient experience across various communication channels
• Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid
• Use ERP and CRM systems to review student records and facilitate enrollment processes
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals while ensuring compliance with insurance requirements
• Provide general information on academic procedures and assist with navigating the student portal
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One (1) year of customer service experience
• General knowledge of customer service principles and processes
• Proficient skills in complex problem-solving and active listening
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• One year of customer service experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
• Knowledge of academic programs, policies, and federal/state regulations
• Familiarity with Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
