We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative functions, and customer service in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders
• Send updates to customers about their orders as needed
• Gather information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from management
• Call applicants and schedule interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct
• Conduct onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires
• Perform all other relatable office tasks given by Plant Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in MS office systems and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
