About the Role
The Customer Service Representative – Online Orders role is a critical part of our e-commerce team. As a representative, you will be the face of Walmart online, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers’ problems. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of online orders and provide feedback on ways to improve our services.
