Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Assisting customers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations
3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Providing information on Delta Airlines services and policies
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
