As we grow, we?re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us maintain our high standards. If you?re a hat enthusiast with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer care, we?d love to hear from you!
What You?ll Do:
-Manage and respond to customer tickets using Gorgias.
-Assist customers with order updates, inquiries, and general product guidance?basic knowledge of hats and embroidery / deco techniques is a plus!
-Process and send invoices via Shopify.
-Keep the team informed about order changes for production via Redbooth.
-Coordinate with the art and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
-Provide empathetic and solution-driven support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive.
– Use Slack for internal team communication.
What We?re Looking For:
-Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms.
-Familiarity with Shopify for invoicing and order updates.
-Strong conflict resolution skills?you know how to turn a frustrated customer into a happy one.
-A hat enthusiast (preferred!) who understands the passion behind custom headwear.
– Highly detail-oriented?small changes in details can make a big difference in our work flow!
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to mirror empathy in responses.
