Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
路 Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
路 Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers聮 requests utilizing multiple different screens, systems and websites.
路 Assist customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders.
路 Analyze, review, and process customer’s request for return authorization and credits.
路 Maintain effective communication with customers to provide on-going information flow as it relates to sales, promotions and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments.
路 Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries.
路 Certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects.
Requirements:
聲 *Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina**
路 Must be at least 18 years of age
路 Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am 聳 6:30pm CST
路 Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
路 Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
路 Ability to complete I-9 on your first day in person at our Appleton, WI or Greensboro, NC office
