What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance and medication coverage
– Take inbound calls and address client inquiries to simplify their healthcare experience
– Receive training to upskill and assist with various call types
– Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards
– Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 1 year experience interacting with customers
– Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Strong customer service skills
– Exceptional oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Associates degree or equivalent experience
– Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
– Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way
– At least 6 months of healthcare experience
