What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve basic support issues, including address changes, customer orders, and billing disputes
• Document all customer interactions and escalate calls to Product Support Specialists as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently
• Maintain knowledge of the credit, debit, and prepaid debit industry regulations and processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Excellent customer service skills, ideally with at least one year of related experience or in a high-volume call center environment
• Knowledge of back-office regulations, processes, and procedures in the financial services sector
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software
• Detail-oriented with effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Reliable, hard-wired internet service and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Previous work in a high-volume customer service environment
