We?re a fast-growing residential cleaning business generating over $1M/year, and we?re looking for a proactive, friendly, and highly organized Customer Service & Sales VA to join our remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who has excellent phone communication skills, can handle follow-ups and sales conversations, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel cared for. You?ll be reaching out to warm leads, assisting with scheduling, and making sure our clients have a top-tier experience.

This is a remote, long-term opportunity starting at 20?40 hours per week. We?re open to part-time or full-time depending on fit, and contract-to-hire is available for someone who wants to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

– Call leads who have requested quotes and follow up on unbooked jobs

– Respond to client questions via phone, text, and email

– Handle inbound calls and help schedule/reschedule appointments

– Provide friendly, clear info about services and pricing

– Keep client records and follow-ups organized

– Assist with client feedback collection and review requests

– some scheduling skills needed, but this responsibility is mostly covered by our field manager

Requirements:

– Excellent spoken English ? professional, clear, and friendly tone

– Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls (not cold calling)

– Reliable phone/internet setup and quiet workspace

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

– Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software

Tools We Use (We?ll Train You):

– OpenPhone (VOIP for calls/texts)

– MaidCentral (CRM and scheduling software)

– ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace

– Typeform / Google Forms

Job Details:

– Hours: 20?40 hours/week (you must be available during US Eastern Time)

– Pay: $10?$20/hour USD, based on experience (bonus structures will also be evaluated after training period)

Current lead count:

– 80-130 inbound leads monthly (call focus will be on recurring requests, which are currently 30-40 leads per month)

Type: Contract-to-hire (potential for full-time long-term role)
