DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Fleet Management department is seeking personnel who can oversee and manage multiple parts counters and inventory locations. Perform random audits of FMD parts warehouses to include P-Card transactions, inventory cycle counts, PO tracking and safety. Creates Purchase Requisitions in SAP for FMD parts locations and monitors contracts for budgetary expenditures. Performs “Receivers” invoice activities using COH SAP as required. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Oversees customer service supervisors and operations.
• Researches, analyzes, and resolves more complex or sensitive customer problems and inquiries by various forms of communication i.e. phone, email, in person, etc.
• Schedules and evaluates work assignments.
• Oversees installation of equipment.
• Manages the design, development, and/or implementation of technical training, i.e. development programs, system integrations, voice data services, etc.
• Oversees internal collections; gathers and interprets data for collection activity.
• Organizes and monitors lists to determine liens to be filed with outside agencies.
• Oversees the scheduling and all follow up activities associated with administrative hearings, i.e. analyzing customer accounts, recommending corrections, rendering decisions, etc.
• Plans, conducts, and revises audits.
• Creates audit reports based on documented findings, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations.
• Assists in developing, monitoring budgets, and inventories.
• Assign and overlook tasks for merchandising team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The position is physically comfortable most of the time with occasional periods of stooping, bending and/or lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. General office conditions. May require long periods of standing at counter.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or a GED.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Five years of administrative or customer service related experience is required.
Substitutions: Associate’s degree may be substituted for up to two years of experience. Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for up to four years of experience.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
NonePreference will be given to candidates with previous knowledge/experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, and Asset Works M5. Preference will be given to candidate(s) with general knowledge of automotive industry and 18 months of Supervisory experience in retail automotive. Must have previous experience performing parts inventory receiving and issuing knowledge.
