As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that client needs are met with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries with knowledgeable and friendly assistance, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve client issues, update account information, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Meet production targets and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) set by our clients.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to address and resolve inquiries, and assist in training new team members in customer service processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processing client inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and client interaction.
• Familiarity with help desk software, computer systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a commitment to providing professional and courteous responses.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and identify key stakeholders to resolve client inquiries effectively.
What To Expect
• This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in the United States.
• Video cameras will be required for interviews and the initial week of orientation.
• Standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Competitive salary range: (29,100 – )41,600 per year, with variations based on location, experience, and other factors.
