Position: Full-Time Account Manager

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Communicate with customers, via phone or e-mail, about current and new orders
• Creating/editing sales orders, quotes, and invoices
• Researching apparel products and promotional items, using our Sage database
• Answering phones and helping customers with any questions or concerns they might have on current and new orders
• Managing and growing our current customer base of over 100 schools
• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Creating UPS shipments
• Travelling to conferences in the spring and fall to represent the company
