We have been in business for over 10 years and have expanded to Nevada, Delaware, Florida, and Texas in recent years. In this Entry Level Customer Support Assistant position, weÂ’re seeking someone who thrives in a team environment and is respectful, positive, and personable. Key responsibilities for the Customer Support Assistant:
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers with a customer-comes-first attitude.
• Customer Support will have to demonstrate the ability to write well professionally and work with different departments to resolve issues as they arise.

Customer Support Assistant Responsibilities include:
• Responding to emails in a timely manner
• Achieving quarterly customer satisfaction goal / score
• Understanding how Operations flows
• Mastering internal communication platforms
• Being a well-rounded individual by mastering mail processing and data entry to understand our services and what is offered

Qualities Required for Customer Support Assistant:
• Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
• Passion to continuously improve and learn
• College education or currently enrolled in College
• Must be passionate about communication or willing to learn
• Must be able to solve problems and provide resolutions

Customer Support Assistant Wage and Benefits:
• Full-Time Position
• Wage: $17.00/hour

• Work Hours: M-F 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time
