Customer Service Representative
100% Remote – MUST provide own equipment…
Must be a resident of Florida
Schedule: Monday – Friday 11am 7pm EST
Our client, a third party administrator is seeking candidates to support their call center.. This position will require candidates to handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details. The program is supporting a state funded program known as FL Healthy Kids.
1+ years of customer service experience: face to face, call center, retail, fast food or any other customer engaging exp.
Intermediate computer skills: Strong attention to detail and customer relations skills
