Description:
• We are looking for a full-time, remote, Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team!
• The Customer Support Specialist will assist with important customer service and data entry duties while supporting our internal Account Management teams, client and Wellness Program participants.
• They will shine with exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and solid computer know-how.
• This position is a fully remote position, with the option to work 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Eastern.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferred
• Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
• Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
