Requirements
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Prior customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat
– Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint
– Determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the issue
– Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent required
– Bachelors degree in Communication, Business, or related field is a plus
Experience
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
