The Formalities:
Overview of Position: Under general supervision of CS Manager and Supervisors, provides Top-Tier customer service during every interaction. Maintains customer accounts, and performs related duties, as required.
• *Though this position is home-based for now, the employee must reside within a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing and able to attend a half-day ONSITE Onboarding and then be willing to come onsite at some point in the future**
Hours:
Training Schedule: 11am to 7:30pm Mon-Fri
Training will take place using virtual meetings in a classroom setting for several weeks.
Once training is complete the schedule is Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
Your Responsibilities:
• Answering emails, talking with clients via live chat and phone support.
• Helping Printful clients set up their online shops, get that great design of theirs on top of one of our products, or getting startup goods for their office from Startup Vitamins.
• Assisting customers with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and their E-Commerce platform
