Description:
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and live chat
• Handle customer concerns and provides appropriate solutions
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Work on other service-related projects as they arise
• Support our West Coast clients

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in a customer service role
• Excellent ability to clearly communicate through phone, email, and live chat
• High attention to detail with research and investigative skills
• Ability to multitask
• Able and willing to work the appropriate hours to support our West Coast clients
• Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions, and basic software applications
• SaaS experience a plus
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
• Visa Sponsorship not available
