We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.
Preferably, you should be based in North America or Asia to cover the time between 10 PM UTC to 6 AM UTC, but if you prefer to work during the night, we are keen to hire people from Europe/Africa as well.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering questions, solving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem… solving.
Responsibilities:
• Implement the online community moderation strategy, working closely with our community manager to ensure our Discord and Telegram channels deliver high-quality customer service and support to our communities.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the business development team to support potential clients with their questions regarding our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role. (Especially with web3 projects)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Notion.
• Proficiency in English is a must (additional languages are a plus – Chinese preferred)
