### Job Brief:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at **PrimeConnect Solutions** in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be expected to work on-site in our Columbus office during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

### Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the companys customer service policies and agreements.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a harmonious service environment.
Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact customer experiences.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions.
Follow up on customer calls and contacts as necessary.
### Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
### Restrictions:
Must be able to work on-site at our Columbus, Ohio office.
No remote work options available for this position.
