What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide documentation of processes and configurations for the employer’s SaaS products
– Deliver tier 2 support for application issues, identifying root causes and proposing solutions
– Engage in cross-functional dialogue for development prioritizations and client implementations
– Utilize SQL for data management tasks, including importing and exporting data
– Manage multiple customer support issues with excellent organizational skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
– 4+ years of SQL experience, including knowledge of select statements, complex joins, and data management
– Proven ability to provide positive customer service and effective communication skills
– Solid experience in data management using Excel, Access, and MS SQL Server
– Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple customer support issues effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support or client support role, ideally as a Business Analyst or similar
– Knowledge of ASCII and EDI is desirable
– Familiarity with JIRA for project management
– Experience with MS Project or equivalent software
– Experience with SaaS delivered applications
