Clear Drains LTD is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist / Online Chat Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have through online chat. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Interact with customers through online chat to provide assistance and resolve their inquiries or issues
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and policies

• Manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
