What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
– Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules
– Schedule technician appointments to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes as needed
– Utilize listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
– Maintain accurate customer database, including call details and payment information
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma or equivalent required
– Valid drivers license with a good driving record
– Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
– Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
– Customer service experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous customer service experience
– Ability to work independently in the field
– Strong organizational and communication skills
