As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the front-line hero, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product recommendations with a focus on delivering a friendly, empathetic, and positive experience. Your role will involve solving customer problems, managing orders, and ensuring that every interaction reflects ChewyÂ’s dedication to quality and service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care.
• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewy’s products, policies, and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with Chewy.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
